1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. What Tennis Fantasy Is

Tennis Fantasy is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform for professional tennis. Users assemble virtual teams of real professional players within a fixed budget and earn points based on the real-world performance of those players in tournaments. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Tennis Fantasy does not offer real-money wagering, betting, gambling, or any opportunity to win cash prizes. No purchase is necessary to play, and the in-game budget and prices are virtual and have no monetary value.

3. No Affiliation

Tennis Fantasy is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the ATP Tour, the WTA Tour, the ITF, any tournament organizer, any professional player, or any of their respective affiliates. Player names, rankings, statistics, and tournament information are used for identification and informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Your Account

You may register using an email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Google or Apple). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account, create accounts using automated means, or maintain more than one account to gain an unfair advantage in leaderboards, leagues, or competitions.

5. Fair Play & Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service or manipulate results;
• exploit bugs, glitches, or scoring errors instead of reporting them to us;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users;
• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may adjust or void scores, teams, or rankings that we reasonably believe were obtained through prohibited conduct.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as forum posts, team names, and league names). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the right to share it.

7. Scoring & Data

Fantasy points are calculated from real-world match data that we collect from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores, statistics, prices, or results are error-free or delivered without delay. We reserve the right to correct scores and recalculate rankings when data is updated or corrected. Our determinations regarding scoring and leaderboards are final.

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis Fantasy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is free to use, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed EUR 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
